Kotewall Road - University Heights

Does anyone have experience of living in the University Heights building or the Kotewall Road general area? Just wondering if anyone has any pros or cons re. transport to central / nearby facilities, atmosphere etc.

there's a bus 13 that goes there and some minibuses too. i think minibus #3 and #56, doesn't stop right in front, but it's a short walk. but i heard university heights is haunted.

There was a landslide back in 1970's right at where the park is situated now on Kotewall Road and people believe the park is filled with "wandering souls".


I used to run/walk near Kotewall during late evening hours and did not see/hear/feel any peculiar about that area until the Kotewall's story was unfolded to me.


Since then, I feel the breeze is "chiller" than other parts of HK and I try to avoid taking the path there.
