Cool areas to stay short term????

I plan on living in HK in July and Aug. 2006.


I am there to sightsee, enjoy the nightlife, and chill.


What are some choice areas for me to find an apt.?


Where should I avoid?


I don't have a limitless budget, so i'd like to stay in a reasonably priced area...

On a budget you will need to stay out of the limelight and pay a bit more for travelling to your party places. Look at TST, Jordan for accomodation - close enough to town for an easy commute to the party centre, but far enough away to be cheaper.
