Hi everybody,
WE are looking to move to one of the above places, I am expat and my wife is local, does anyone know where are the best places in term of security, good environement, close to MTR or Buses....
Our budget is around 7K - 10K does anyone know if its possible to get a nice place outthere.

yes it is possible to get a nice place out here for that much money. You will have to see some real estate agents out here - i have found T&T to be excellent in service = they are near McDonalds.

Wich one is better transportation wise ? CWB or SK ? as we dont have a car yet and we both work in Central?

How secure do you want? If you lock your doors and windows it is a secure as it is going to be. The police are diligent out here and community watch is very good. There are still some break ins that occur.
Re a car - CWB is probably better suited for getting into town faster - but both will take about from 45 mins to an hour on public transport. There is an express minibus from Sai kung to Wanchai (and return) that also runs.

I vote for Clearwater Bay and it is definitely much closer to town centre and MTR. CWB has a nicer and quieter environment and it is not as crowded as Saikung. I used to live in CWB for 7 years and I am now thinking about moving back to CWB at the end of this year when my lease runs out.

Sai Kung crowded?? - SK has more of a community feel to it as it has a town centre etc But CWB is closer to mass transit (and rents are more expensive)
