Hi, We were offered two apartments for viewing
one is Hong Kong Parkview at Tai Tam Reservoir Road, and the other is Bamboo Grove at Kennedy road.
Having no idea about HK areas, your comments on these two properties will be welcome.

HK Parkview has a great facility but it's surrounded with fog almost half of the year. Some people are okay with it but some people actually come down with depression. Don't know much about Bamboo Grove. I felt their units were smaller than Parkview.
