I'm moving to Ma Wan in Aug. How much is rent for a 2 bedroom there? Is it possible to rent a 2 bedder with a budget of $7000? Furnished prefered

it looks like its possible. Just saw an ad for a 678 sq/ft place with balcony for HK$6,600.

When the new units are sold, maybe they will put downward pressure on rents for existing units as people would rather rent a new than a "used" unit.
