Hi All
Can I ask for some advice on dual currency loans... we are looking to buy in Oz over the summer and have just been approved over here. We would love to hear of any advice people have for us regarding how to structure the loan and anything that we really should be aware of.

My wife and I have had a very good experience with Steve Nixon at Australian Mortgage info
steve@australianmortgageinfo.com he came highly recommended from a friend of ours. he has access to all the major banks in Australia so he can do the search for the best deal for you.
We set up a loan that has a currency swap option although i'm not one to play the currency market it could work in the future.
