What do u think about Scenic Villa in Pokfulam?

Although I don't personally live at Scenic Villa, I gave it serious thought. In my opinion the better choice is lower Baguio Villa. Same view as Scenic Villa but transportation is a lot better -- 2 very frequent green mini buses (nos. 8 and 28) and taxis when you need them. And lower Baguio Villa is a short walk to Cyberport, where there are many more available buses of all sizes and destinations. Plus, there are many other advantages to being next to Cyberport: movie theaters, salons, another Park n'Shop (aside from the one at Baguio Villa) and available restaurants. My feeling is that you get more for your money at Baguio Villa. I found Scenic Villa to be too isolated for me. Plus I prefer the ambience of Baguio Villa -- much more of a quaint village.

yes i do agree lower baguio is a better choice than baguio villa.i have the same reasons.
