Lots of folks have questions and experience with renovations, hope someone can help me here:
We're looking at renovating an older flat; question I have is with the 2 washrooms, where 1 is an ensuite that is used by the master b/r and may be shared with the guest b/r, not sure yet, and the other is the general washroom for general use. Is it necessary/common to have bathtub in both? Should there be a shower in the general w/r, or just a sink and toilet? I have seen both and just wonder what is the norm? Otherwise is the only difference a larger sink in the ensuite? Thx for help and advice!
