I just looked at Bel-Air Phase 3 Tower1 and I liked it. However, I have some concern,
1) It's right next to the construction site, but does it get too noisy?
2) It seems to be farther away from Cyberport, is it a walking distance? Does it mean public transportation is inconvenient?

Hi there,
The Construction site next to the Phase 3 Tower 1 has done their nosiy bit already, i.e. the foundations..the rest is just building bricks, cant be too noisy.
It will not be in convenient,there are shuttles buses now direct from Phase 3 to Central. And there will be spome kind of escalator or walkway linking the Phase 1 from Phase 3, infact the entrance is just right next to Phase 3 Tower 1.

I just spoke to the management office a few days ago. There is no direct bus to Sheung Wan from Phase 3 yet. You will have to take a shuttle from Phase 3 to Phase 1/2 and connect there.

Further to what leunqu has already said -- that there is a shuttle bus to phase 1 and 2 only, which is my understanding as well -- I've not heard anything about an escalator or walkway from Phase 3 to Phase 1 and 2. The way it's presently set up, the Phase 3 driveway entrance/exit is about as far away from Phase 1 and 2 as it can possibly be. To walk from Phase 3 to Phase 1 and 2 is a good 20 minute walk. On the other hand, I hope designvalue is correct, because Phase 3 is very isolated in the way it's presently set up.
