Looking for a place to live in HK

We are moving to Hong Kong next month. I've got a new job in Kowloon right down town. We are looking for a place to live not necessarily DT. We have 2 children (12 years old and 11 years old). We need 3 bedrooms. We have a very low budget to start. Any ideas? One of us will be in HK from July 26 to July 31 to scout for a place to stay and school for the children.

Dear Gloria and Dear Ken, Thank you. I didn't know how to reply therefore it tock me so long. Our budget is very low. Somewhere arround HK$ 12 and 15ooo/month. My husband will be back in a day or 2 so I will let him know your propositions. Thanks again
