Can someone please tell me how difficult it is to obtain a liqour license here in HK. I am thinking about starting a restaurant that sells beer and sake. Thanks

As a license holder I can tell you it is not that easy, and it matters little that it is a restaurant. That said there are probably hundreds of thousands of individual licence holders so it cant be that bad.
