Hi,
We are relocating to HK this Christmas,couldn't manage to sign in our 2 kids (7 and 3)to island international schools, might join Yew Chung IS or American IS in Kowloon Tong, can we find good children friendly residence around there? Our budget is 60 K/mon.
If we choose to live in Island South, would it be too much trafic hustle?

Believe upon your arrival your company should link you up with an agent. You can try apartments like The Waterfront, The Serrento, The Arch or Habour Front, these are relatively new apartments with various sizes to choose from. They are just above Kowloon MTR(& Airport Express) station, the downs are nearby construction site and need a ride out for grocery.

I suggest that you try Worldwide Garden for big flats. Though the estate is a little old. It is right next to the Lion Rock. Driving to KLN Tong I think would take only 5-10 mins.
