Hi


Looking for a service apartment with gym facilities (or access to a gym). I'll be working in Central so somewhere close by would be nice. I've only looked at the links provided by asiaXPAT.com. Are there any that I could consider?

Well Marriott has some very nice ones with full hotel facilities...but its a budget thing. I looked for serviced apartments for some people before and found the price range/facilities to be amazing.

There is a hotel in Sheung Wan called Island Pacific that might have what you are looking for.

The mariott "Atrium" is a service apartment attached to the hotel.

Hi I know 1 private owner furnished service apartment in Lan Kwai Fong nearby a gym called California, the rent is HK$16,000/month but you hv to pay the gym separately, is that ok?

The start of my earlier post disappeared - I recommended you look at moveandstay.com for all sorts of serviced apartments and I think it was on there that I saw the Island Pacific Hotel. I drive past that hotel and it looks nice and is in quite a convenient location.

Olympic Terrace Suites, two stops on the MTR from Central. Has a gym and indoor pool.

Many new estates have a gym in there club house nowadays. Why don't you consider renting a furnished flat in a new estate ? Afterall part-time domestic help is very cheap and quite easy to arrange. If you work in central there are plenty of choice of estate if you are ready to travel for 30 mins.
