You are on the undisputed heavy weight champion property site in HK - check the Hot Properties for Lease section

Please convert your budget into HK$. Rents are in HK$ here - to give you an answer "we" have to convert your budget into HK$ first and this is very tiresome. A little consideration please.

You are taking about HK$6000 a month (HK rents are paid monthly). This is not much and it's not too likely you'll find anything close to QB so a commute will be involved. For HK island you'd be looking at a studio, poss. 1 BR.

Poss. places on HK island: Kennedy Town, Shau Kei Wan, Sai Wan Ho, North Point, Chai Wan.

FYI, in HK the usual practice is 2 months' deposit and first month in advance.

Can't mention any other websites here as we are not permitted to post these and they would be deleted.

And isn't the 'legend' called Steve IRWIN...? ;-)

Try Sceneway Garden and Laguana City which is located conveniently next to the Lam Tin MTR station. You might find something around 680 sq ft. These are big estate with very good facilities.

Jerebenn, When do you arrive? Are you interested in temporary accommodation starting this coming week? Reply with your contact number by tomorrow Monday Sept 25 and might be able to arrange something.
