Our offer just got accepted ! Any advise on solicitor firms for conveying and bank morgage rates? Have been researching - best so far is Hibor+0.5%. Why should solicitor rates depend on value of the property?

I used Cheung Fung & Hui who were really cheap (6k)and did a good job (nice and simple). The number is 25410222
