Both of these estates have regular shuttle buses to University KCR station I believe. They might have other ones into Kowloon or HK side too - not sure. Both nice estates, but slightly older properties now.

Villa Athena Shuttle bus - every 45 minutes to and thro shatin


in the morning from 7-9 shuttle buses go to Univeristy


Vista Paradiso - buses to Diamond Hill, Univeristy KCR station and to the ma on shan main shopping area.
