Has anyone used or does anyone have any info on Pan Asian? They are offering 99.9% mortgages and the rates are pretty good, but I've not heard of them before.

never heard of them. 99.9% sounds a bit suspicious though. i'd take patrick advice and go with a larger co. try GE money they recently opened in hk and should be quite competitive
