I am thinking of moving to MacDonnell Road and would appreciate any thoughts on buildings. I have looked at 64 MacDonnell Rd, Hillview 21-23 MacDonnell Road and Birchwood Place and have yet to see a few others. Any views? Thanks

we've lived at Hillview for over 6 years. great location and cool building. however, new landlord has been doing extensive renos on the place for over 6 months and looks like it's going to continue for quite some time. so, if you have family members who will be at home during the day, this is not the place for you as it is very very noisy during the day (we are talking jack hammering). if you are working and are not at home, could be ok, but the renos do go on into the night sometimes. also on saturdays and even sundays but not as bad as during the week. hopet his helps you.
