Leaving Pokfulam?

Looking to relocate to Pokfulam some time early next year. Anyone have a clue how often a place in Scenic Villa or Baguio Villa is available. I really would like to relocate there but afraid if I terminate my lease now I will not find a place there in the timing. Better if anyone knows they will be leaving next year and wouldn't mind sharing their landlord's info with me that would be great!! I would love to take over your flat..especially in Scenic.

Thanks for the offer. However I would prefer tennants currently in those building that know they will be leaving in about that time or even later. Usually by the time the landlord knows and puts it on the market with the realtor I cannot execute/move within the time frame the landlord is looking for. Just trying to plan ahead.
