Hi,

Does any one know what the grassy knoll area in front of Caribbean Coast will feature? Rumours I've heard are a Housing Estate development and the other was an urban community centre. Is there a department or site I can find out what this land is being developed for?

The logistics park will be a bit further along and it looks like the HK-Zhuhai-Macau bridge will be in the line of sight for folks with a seaview.
