Moving from Tin Shui Wai

We have to move from our Tin Shui Wai apartment as the owner wants to move back in - so we are looking around at where to move to.

I work in Yuen Long and my partner works in Tuen Mun. We would like to live a little closer to Kowloon - but the imperative is not having to travel for more than 1 hour to work - and hopefully with only 1 mode of transport. This immediately excludes Tuen Mun.

Any suggestions of areas - or of property agents? We are obviously NOT high end - and would be looking to spend @ than $5 000 - $8 000.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
