Trademark enquiry for internet selling

Would anyone have any advice as follows:

1: Company A is a UK high street retailler with shops selling ladies underwear for example called "Desire"


2: If I want to sell on the internet my own brand of lingerie called "indesire" registered in Hong Kong would this be a trademark infringement.


yes im going to take legal advise too but wondered if there were any legal eagles to any any thought .
