I am thinking of buying a small apartment as an investment and to rent out. It seems to me that rent is determined by size and that condition of the space or the building have little to do with it. It seems that the purchase price of similar properties can differ quite a bit, but not the rent. Can anyone explain this?
I have a unique property 650 sq ft in Princes Terrace which offer very good rental return. If intrested can send u more detials
