what are the chances of renting out my car space in kennedy road? is there much demand for this? and how much can it go for?

I doubt you will have a problem renting out your car space, especially in the area of Kennedy Road. I live in Pokfulam and rent my car space out for $2,000 a month. I bet you will get more than that.
