Does anyone have any advice about buying a house on southern Lantau?
We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom house, one or two storeys high, detached from other properties,with easy access to the sea. We'd be happy to look at older properties that require renovation.
Are there any pitfalls or prime opportunities we should be looking out for? Have even wondered about building a place if we could get the land, but have no idea of the restrictions.
