Hi, currently living in Aberdeen, my husband and I are looking to move. We have to young children, 2y and 8m. I had a look at the gold coast, but didn't have the right feeling about it.
Could anybody give me a feedback about DB. Transports, nursery, playgroups, bars... friendly community?

Will be going around DB saturday morning, with 2 agents - hong kong homes and house hunters - would love to meet if we have time, however we need to back on HK side for lunch time!
Are all the parts of DB nice and easy access?

Cara, please don't assume that "expat" agencies always show more expensive properties. We don't, we do the same as everyone else, i.e. we show the clients properties that are within, or close to, their budget and requirements.

Sorry, I was just having a bad five minutes. Of course you didn't mean any offence, you were just giving advice based on your experience. I haven't got a clue about south Lantau I'm afraid, but there's a company called Proper Trip Real Estate which advertises sometimes in Square Foot magazine, www.propertrip.com.hk, call Aaron on 9105-2836 or Nicolas on 9100-7163.
