We are looking for a place to live from around August to December. My husband works at Australian Int School and we will have one toddler and one newborn by then. Where is best to live? Where can I find out about short leases in DB? Our budget only stretches to 17ooo max.

Consider Bellagio at Sham Tseng. Better Value and more convenient than the Gold Coast and the complex is huge with lots of facilities and lots of empty apartments which means you can negotiate a short term lease.

Hi Wizzle,
I have no idea about Bellagio but for Gold Coast you can just go up there and talk to the guys in the leasing office. You don't have to negotiate a short-term lease, they do them anyway.

No idea what DerWo is talking about, no construction worth worrying about here. Just come to Sham Tseng and go to one of the dozen of Real Estate agencies to see Bellagio. So many its ridiculous - the newest one is called Real Profits (ha ha). All the usuals are here, Midlands, Century 21 etc. If you just want to look around PM me and I would be happy to show you around if I'm home.
