Gold Coast transportation

Hi, we're going to move to Gold Coast next month and wanted to check if there's other alternative beside taking the morning shuttle from GC to TST?

There are alot of buses and mini buses that go right past the Gold Coast complex along castle Peak Road to all sorts of destinations. The 962 goes to Central, through Admiralty and on to Causeway Bay. The Jordan mini bus goes through Tseun Wan and on to Mong Kok etc.

I use to live there years ago and would take the 962 or the minibus from Jordan however,I quickly learnt if I wanted a seat in the morning to take the shuttle to TST and if I didn't want to be carsick or have whiplash from the mini bus to take the shuttle to TST. The other alternative that worked for me was ride share in the morning -with others living in the Gold Coast area.
