Thinking of moving here - it is desperately noisy?
Any downsides to the building condition? gym any good?

I saw a couple of flats in Princeton Tower a year or so ago. No, it didn't strike me as being noisy and the building was in good condition. I can't remember anything about the gym, sorry. The location isn't everyone's ideal but it really is only a few minutes from Central by bus or taxi.

location was ok re: transport, it was more the dried fish smell that really surrounds the place. You can't smell it in the flat, but it does hit you as soon as you step outside. And I'm guessing that is there 24/7...
