Development is nice, but the area is a bit of a let down. Walk to the MTR station is a bit fair even though its undercovered.
Alot of construction going on in the area, and views will be blocked etc... so you will have to make sure that the unit you are interested in will not be blocked in the future.

Any construction in particular you are thinking of? We can see IFC tower off in the distance, and I don't want to lose that. How can I check about the construction?

Well, depending on which view you have. When i went to inspect, there was a landsite that was going to be auctioned off soon. Not sure if its the same one as last week... dont think it is.
Cant really check as you never know what the govt plans are in the future, but as long as you dont see empty landsites in front of you, i guess ur ok for now!
