In the last year we have had our apartment renovated (we own it) and have had a lot of trouble with the contractors getting them to fix up items they promised to do, also dodgy wiring which they wont come back to fix etc, I was wanting to find out which Government department I can go to to file a complaint (believe me we have tried everything with these contractors and they wont honour the warranty period that was part of the contract when we signed with them).
Thanks for any help you can give us....
