1-week less and I've to move-out to my apartment. Is there any nice apartment in HK Island side under 22K with 3bedrooms and seaview? I've heard of the Grand Promonade in Sai Wan Ho, what about the Merton? Is the Merton face to the sea? Welcome to any advise. Cheers :)

Yes, most flats in The Merton have a sea view. You might still be able to get a 3-bedroomed flat there for under 22K although prices have been going up.
