Could you please recommend a good /reliable and most imptly affordable contractor to do renovation incl re-instating currently "enclosed" balcony back to regulated standard ,some bathroom /kitchen/cabinet work.Looking at a budget of <100k or so.
Would appreciate personal experiences and advice on what to look out for and how to handle the whole project of doing up the house before moving in.Do contactors work only on weekdays 9-5pm or are/can they be flexible in adjusting time /hours (if permitted )?
What are the current trends in kindof wood used for cabinets/kitchen/floor.etc?
