We are looking to move to CWB. I am looking for some advice as to which area to go to.

Not too far from Abacus kindy. A lot of green, but not in the middle of nowhere in between barking village dogs. And an area with families, we have a 2 year old! We are looking at renting and/or buying.

Thanks for any advice!

Whats your budget? You could look around the Silverstrand area, down Pik Sha rd, some very nice developments with no barking dogs. There are a lot of nice areas in Clearwater Bay, but many are villages so you will risk village dogs,. I know many people that live in the villages but they've never said its a huge problem. Around Mang Kung Uk where Abacus is are some very nice houses. No wheres very remote as most vilaages and roads lead off the Clearwater Bay rd which runs down the middle.

and just drive around.

I know Solemar Villas go for $65k, around 2400sf 3 beds, with a really nice pool that overlooks the sea. Or if you go out the other way towards Sai Kung country park, you could get Villa Capri for that, 4 beds 3000sf, private pool. Or Celestial Villa, right in the middle, 3000 sf, 4 beds, but a bit old, swimming pool, for $55k. There are many places in that budget.
