hello all.
i'm a creative girl interested in leasing/renting a living loft space in HK or any surrounding island.does anybody know any listings or rental agencies or hkwebsites that might lead me to my new loft space.industrial and commercial- living space welcome too.i have heard tyhere are heavy restrictions on living in commercial space but if anyone knows different please let me know...

what's your budget?
