Hello,
Is there a way to find some adds of owners who rent their property?
is it cheaper than with an agent?

We have the most comprehensive owner listings in the city. Most owners prefer to have an agent handle their rentals for them so there not a great number of direct owner opportunities to be had... If you can't find anything appropriate on our site you'll have no choice but to use an agency.

Inaccurate comments deleted... there are other property sites but none have the volume of direct owner lisitngs we have - also you will find listings that are years out of date...it seems they never delete the listings to make it appear there are many many thousands....
So if its tons of useless property listings you want there are plenty of sources... if you want up to date info from top agents you are on the site that delivers.

Yep absolutely agree there are lots of useless listings, some places literally years old on the internet being toted off as fresh, new and updated. Lots of people trying to make some $ on the web in properties and more and more are entering the market, hopefully the extra competition will weed out the useless ones and with no EAA staffed credentials. Square Foot and http://hk.88db.com/hk/Services/Ad.page/Property/?CatID=1030&lang=en-us also making headway as well as reliable agencies. And it is quite difficult to keep completed up dated in a fast moving buy/sell market.
Look forward to the Hot Properties newsletters. Hope it will adress the whole of the HK market (the NT is expanding very fast) and not just those with the HK Island/Midlevels/SoHo life does not exist outside of here > Syndrome
