The rental market in DB has risen at least 20%. Since I do not want to be at the whim of landlords, I am considering buying a palce of my own. However, I would appreciate any advice as to the prospect of the property prices rising in the near future in DB? Would it be better to buy in DB or elsewhere? I work in Kowloon Tong and have 2 dogs to think about. Would it be easier to dipsose of property in DB compared to other areas? My budget is only $3 - 3.5M. Really would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Cruz - You can't bring dogs to the beach in DB. City Management regulations do not allow that. However, you can bring them to the Nim Shue Wan beach - the one next to the Marina Club.
