Who has the BEST Mortgage Rates in HK?

Okay all, this is a sharing thread of who's providing the best rates in town. This would be related to 95% insured mortgages only.


I will start with HSBC at Prime - 2.9% = 2.85%


Prime is 5.75 at least for today until Fed does thier thing tomorrow.

Standard Chartered were P - 3.15 with 0.8% cashback. Not sure about decorating loans. BoC were also P - 3.15 last time I checked.

Bank of East Asia provides net 2.85% with 0.5 rebate even under a million morgate lone.
