Hi. We are trying for baby #2 and need more space. We are looking to buy in either DB or Clearwater Bay. Which area do you think would be the better investment?

Thanks, i've lived in DB before so am familiar with the lifestyle (not worried about quality of life in either location). I am more curious about property increase/ decreases. For example, have prices risen more in DB vs. Clearwater Bay. If the market drops, which area would be harder hit? Have spoke with a few agents, but of course, they are biased towards the areas they work in. For the same amount of $, we would be able to get a bigger place in CWB (maybe even a garden), but I have a gut feeling that the DB property would be the better investment (proximity to Central, kid friendly, etc.) So, just wanted some opinions on the financial aspect of this decision. (BTW, what does "chav" mean?)
