I'm thinking of selling my flat as I'm relocating myself. I currently have a tenant who has 16 more months left on the tenancy. The rent is quite good and covered by her company, so a great reliable tenant to have.
However I'm concerned that this will make it harder to sell the flat.
Does anybody know whether buying to let is a growing market?
If the chance of a reasonably quick sale is small then I may just hang on.
Any opinions ??
