Australian Freehold serviced apartment for security

Any one know of any HK bank or lending organization that is prepared to use an Australian (freehold) serviced apartment for security for a loan?

At the moment it is of no use to me as I can not use it for equity in another property because of its "serviced tenancy" agreement.

Have owned it for over six years and am hoping that I can at least use if for some security and get some cash out of it for property investment.

Anyone got some ideas for this one?
