I am just to start looking for a flat in HV, great place to live, can you give me some more details scotsgirlinhk like how big, what you are selling it and location. In answer to your question I have seen flats listed with more than one agent and in doing so you will better chance of selling it.

its 702sq ft and the brightest flat i have ever been in as there are windows all round. Its right above wellcome on Sing Woo road, and was fully renovated just before we moved in 2 years ago, still in excellent condition. 2 bedrooms, smallish bathroom. selling for around $5 million

Hi scotsgirlinhk, By all means list your flat with as many agents as possible, but make sure that when you sign the Estate Agency Agreement it is NOT an exclusive agreement. Don't be worried about signing the agreement - agents are required by law to get a signed agreement from the owner before advertising or showing the property - but you must make sure it's not exclusive, otherwise one agent could demand commission from you if you sell it through another agent.
