Is it good time to buy property or should I wait?

Hi Everyone,


I want to ask the wise people if it is a good time to buy property in Hong Kong or Will there be a movement in price soon. I am looking to buy a flat for personal use in TIN SUI WAI. It will be around 1M. Even though it is not for commercail reason, I still dont want to get hurt if the property fell in coming months. Please advice.
