Hello everybody,
I have a big flat, where I would like to rent out one room.
Does anybody know, if I need a license, or if I have to pay taxes for that ? Do I have to ask my Landlord, before I can rent out one room ?

Personally I don't see any problem with it. You are not sub-letting the flat to anyone - you are just renting out a room. Your name is on the lease so you will take responsibility for the rent to be paid. If the person renting your room defaults on rent payments, then that's your responsibility. Basically, you are looking for a person to share the flat. Their name doesn't have to be on the lease and you don't need permission from anyone to do that. Loads of people flatshare and they don't all put their names on the lease.
