We are moving to Hong Kong and would like to know if there are any villa compounds in Hong Kong.
- Basically we would like a small yard - enough room for kids to play in and a place to put a large bbq grill with an outdoor dining area. A fairly large expat community in the area would be a huge plus as well.

Sai Kung / Clearwater Bay area is definately where you should check out . Lots of creature comforts for Expat families, without being an expat Ghetto !
