hello!

I was just wondering where i can look for serviced apartments to buy in HK?

all the ads seem to be for normal apartments...

and serviced apartments seem to be for rent only...

any particular website or developer who sell serviced apartments in HK?

If I understand what you are asking you want to buy a single apartment within a building that is managed and rented out... vs buying an entire building and creating a serviced apt.

I am not aware of such opportunities in Hong Kong.

Yes, services apartments such as the ones listed on this website, http://hongkong.asiaxpat.com/property/serviced.asp,

they cannot be bought by private landlords?
