Need an "expat-y" property agent

Can anyone recommend a property agent who understands foreigner needs? We are looking for office space and would prefer to deal with an agent who specializes in dealing with expats.


We have tried a number of the regular, local agents and they really just don't understand the style we are looking for--ie. we are an architects office and don't mind a more artsy building as opposed to corporate. It could be in up-and-coming areas (they don't understand what that means) such as the areas in Wan Chai where OVO, The Pawn, etc. are located (none of the agents knew these places). We don't need a large space but none of the agents we used so far have shown us anything suitable.
