Hey,
Does anyone know a good realty agency here in Hong Kong who would know of any commercial buildings in Central or Sheung Wan which can also be used as a residential space? Thinking a sort of loft space with a kitchen area and a bathroom.

try wallock mansion on wing lok st, sheung wan. there was one unit for sale on second floor fully decorated with western style and open kitchen, absolutely beautiful, size 950sqf. commercial building. was sold for 2.3mil only. i think there are still some unrenovated unit selling for 2.2 - 2.5m.
