Any advice on the short term accommodation?

I prefer to have 1 bedroom unit and easy access to Airport and Central, shopping mall nearby and good service, provisions, facilities and value for money. My budget is around 40K-50K.

your budget is quite high and you shall have a lot iof choices. All serviced apartments above the MTR stations (Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station) shall fit your needs.
