Contractor for Leaky Pipe Detection

Flat downstairs have reported evidence of water damage in their kitchen roof so need to find someone to investigate.


Anyone have any recommendations for reliable Contractors?


Also, I've already checked all visible fittings and can't see any signs of leakage so guessing it must be the pipe in the wall - if this is the case am I actually liable or can i hand it over to the management company?
